VISION STATEMENT

We See A Church...

…where God the Father is glorified, Jesus is the Head, and the Holy Spirit guides and directs everything we do.

…where the bible is accurately handled and presented as the living, active, and infallible word of God; where the gospel is presented and lives are transformed; where we stand firm in the scriptures and the promises of God, unchanged by the winds of the world, and unafraid to lovingly engage our culture with the truth.

…where prayer is the first line of defense, not a last resort; where prayers are big, and where nothing is too small to pray about; where the body gathers regularly to seek guidance from the Holy Spirit through prayer.

…where families are valued and attend together in order to grow together in Christ; where broken homes can find safety, support, and love, where hope and assistance may be found and reconciliation worked toward; where fathers are encouraged to lead and disciple their families and build up their wives; where mothers are empowered to love their husbands and lead their children in truth; where children are valued and students feel safe.

…where a welcoming environment is created that includes all people regardless of their past; where people can come as they are, but they will leave changed; where the body gathers to encourage one another to good works and holds one another accountable to the truth of God; where disciples are made through mentorship and leadership training.

…where a united people comes ready to serve one another not to be served; where every person may serve and grow regardless of age or race; where we partner with each other and with other ministries to meet the needs of our community and impact the ends of the earth for the Kingdom of God.

…where people can worship God in spirit and truth, seeking to elevate nothing and no one above Jesus; where worship is simple and meant to create an environment where people are comfortable to come into God’s presence; where music is a vehicle to praise God, not a concert to attend; where worship is  more than music, it’s a lifestyle.

…where everyone has equal value, a part to play, and is encouraged to live out the great commission—sharing Christ where they are, as they are called and equipped to do so; where the more mature are willing to put the needs of others before their own in order to live out the gospel; and where change is welcomed so long as it is led by God and serves to further His Kingdom.
